door allow easy
access for rats
into the building.

Once inside the
boiler room they
can follow the
pipes trough the holes
in walls to most
rooms in the
building.

Someone left an
open drainage hole
in this wall. It was
a ready made home
to a family of rats.

drain was big enough to
allow rats through but
narrow enough to
prevent predators
from following them
